Newport Television in Albany, NY has an opening for an Asst. Chief Engineer, who has hands-on working knowledge of master control operations, news--including ENG/satellite operations—and the ability to write and execute an organized preventive maintenance and engineering strategy. RF Transmitter experience is also helpful. The individual must also have experience in computer technology and networking, as well as design and implementation integrating digital technology. Education: B. S. or A. S. Electrical Engineering , Electronic Engineering Technology or Computer Engineering Technology, FCC General Radio Telephone License, SBE Certification or equivalent.
