Borland also suggests having specific goals or "calls to action" for your website such as: meeting the audience’s goals, why are they there? what do they really want, and what do you need to show them?; also, give your audience a reason to buy on their terms and fast; and lastly, focus on ties to other marketing and advertising mediums.
