January 2nd - Program starts
A. Week one: Please schedule the below items within the first week:
Take pre-program pictures with Fitness Manager
Complete weight & body fat percentage with a fitness specialist
Schedule personal training session
B. Week 2-11: Boot Camp 5:00-5:45PM at Gymnasium
January 11: Boot camp
January 18: Boot camp
January 25: Boot camp
February 1: Boot camp
February 8: Boot camp
February 15: Boot camp
February 22: Boot camp
March 1: Boot camp
March 8: Boot camp
March 15: Boot camp
C. March 15-March 20: Deadline
