In the fall, we emphasize football and boys and girls soccer. But we also make sure volleyball, cross country, field hockey, golf and swimming get their turn as well.
In the winter, it's boys and girls basketball, as well as our "On the Ice" hockey segment with the "three stars" selelctions. We'll also seek out the best "Matchup on the Mat" wrestling match to feature and look in on boys swimming, bowling, indoor track and boys volleyball
Regardless of season, every week we find a compelling story to share in the Saturday Spotlight, and every show wraps up with the Gold's Gym rockin' rewind, a musical compilation of the best plays the week has to offer.
