British actor Daniel Radcliffe has to take pills and undergo regular check-ups to manage debilitating cluster headaches.

The Harry Potter star is receiving special treatment for the painful condition, which is said to be more intense and painful than migraines, and he has to see his doctor on a regular basis to make sure the strong medication he is taking is not affecting his heart.

Radcliffe tells Britain's The Guardian, "You have to be on blood pressure medication and have an ECG (electrocardiography heart monitor) every so often... but don't worry, I'm perfectly fine."
