Rapaport will play Michael, who enters the scene when Burt (Garret Dillahunt) and Virginia (Martha Plimpton) are looking to adopt a puppy. In order to make sure the Chances will be good puppy parents, Michael comes to live with them and hilarity ensues.
Rapaport is also playing an animal lover on Justified, which just kicked off its fifth season on Tuesday. His character, Dale Crowe Jr., is the sexy and charismatic patriarch of a Florida crime family who also owns a gator farm.
Rapaport's other credits include Friends, Boston Public and The Mob Doctor.
Raising Hope airs Fridays at 9/8c on Fox.
