Fox has canceled Touch after two low-rated seasons, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
The sophomore drama, which stars 24's Kiefer Sutherland, was moved to Fridays this year. Touch drew just 3.8 million viewers and a 1.0 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic in its Season 2 premiere, a huge drop from its Season 1 finale. Its May 3 penultimate episode drew 2.19 million and a 0.6 rating.
Fall TV Scorecard: Renewed or canceled?
Reports of Touch's demise come one day after Fox ordered four new dramas, Almost Human, Gang Related, Rake and Sleepy Hollow. The network also picked up four new comedies Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Enlisted, Us & Them and Surviving Jack in addition to the previously ordered Dads. Fox previously renewed Bones, The Mindy Project, The Following, New Girl and Raising Hope.
