Robert Kelly
White Male 5’2 120 lbs Age-20
Robert Kelly is wanted by the NY State Division of Parole on a parole violation. His original conviction was for narcotics. Kelly was able to elude an early morning arrest attempt by the task force in Schenectady on 11/5/09 by jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Kelly is still believed to be hiding in Schenectady. There is a reward for information that leads to his capture. Please contact the task force at 472-5444 if you have any information on the whereabouts of this fugitive.
