COLONIE, N.Y. - The Warren County Sheriff's Office has arrested 36-year-old Robert Willey of Colonie for allegedly being involved in a bar fight at a Lake George bar in August 2012.
Willey, a police officer in Colonie, has been charged with third-degree assault following an investigation into a bar fight that occurred in King Neptune’s Bar.
A 39-year-old male victim suffered the loss of three teeth following the fight. The subsequent investigation led to the identification of Willey as the individual responsible.
He has been with the Colonie Police since 2010, and has been suspended without pay.
