Man arrested for Schenectady stabbing

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Schenectady Police Department has made an arrest in the Sunday stabbing of a man at Yates Village.

Police have charged 24-year-old Shawn Gailliard, of Schenectady, with Assault 1st-degree, a felony, for allegedly stabbing 27-year-old Marcus Reid of Schenectady.

Police say the stabbing occurred at Yates Village around 4:30 p.m. Reid suffered approximately three stab wounds after police say an altercation took place inside apartment C-17 and spilled outside.

Reid is currently listed in critical condition after undergoing surgery Albany Medical Center.

My cousin was in a situation like this before. He was facing alot of time and we found an attorney that did in fact prove it was in self defense. It would have been devastating to see him go away for a long time for defending his family. If anyone needS a lawyer be sure to call 1800-MR-LEGAL ask Mr Starkman.... tell him Tee sent you :)
