SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – More than 200 volunteers are expected to shave their heads on Saturday to show support for kids battling cancer.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Proctor's, the St. Baldrick's Shave-a-thon is expecting about 200 people to shave their heads and raise money to fight childhood cancer.

This is the third annual fundraiser at Proctor's, which is organized by Mike and Stacy DeBritz. Prior to Saturday's event, over $65,000 has been donated, which well exceeds the initial fundraising goal of $25,000.
