BRUNSWICK, N.Y. – The Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office said they have arrested 10 Troy residents in connection to a home invasion.
According to authorities, the suspects were arrested after a report of a home invasion and burglary in the Town of Brunswick on March 14 around 10:45 p.m.
Savial Pintro, 19, and Davon Fox, 18, have been arrested and appeared in Troy police court to answer to other charges. They were arraigned and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail with no bail. They will be back in court on Thursday for a felony preliminary hearing.
The Sheriff's Office also arrested Davania Mitchell, 23, Tiquinasia Pugh, 18, Justin Lopez, 19, Miguel John, 19, Zeandre Domingo, 16, Jasmine Fleming, 16, Tatianna Parker, 17, and Alexandra Frazer, 19. All ten suspects have been charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd, Robbery 1st, Burglary 1st, Petit Larceny, Gang Assault 1st, Burglary 2nd, Conspiracy 4th, endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say they unlawfully entered, stole, damaged property, and caused serious physical injury to one of the residents.
The first two arrests came two days after the incident. Parker was originally charged with felony of Robbery 1st, Burglary 2nd, Gang Assault 1st, Attack Burglary 2nd, Conspiracy 4th, Criminal Mischief 3rd, misdemeanor Petit Larceny and a misdemeanor for endangering the welfare of a child. Frazer was charged with felony of Robbery 1st, Burglary 1st, Attempted Burglary 2nd, Conspiracy 4th, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, and Petit Larceny.
The Sheriff's Office says that this incident was not random because there is a common connection between the suspects and the victims.
