Police tell us a 16-year-old was crossing Albany Street Wednesday evening, when he was hit by a newer model Lincoln vehicle, that was traveling at a high rate of speed.
The victim suffered a broken leg.
The vehicle was last seen in the area of Albany Street and Elm Street.
