CAPTURED:
One of the Capital Region's Most Wanted fugitives has been captured.
Bruce Barnes was arrested March 22, 2010 in Albany.
He had been wanted by New York State Parole since May 2009, when he absconded from his parole supervision.
Barnes served an original sentence in state prison for a firearms offense. He's about 5-foot-11 and has a tattoo of an angel on his left forearm.
