CAPTURED:
Buchanan was wanted by the New York State Division of Parole and the U.S. Marshals Service for violating conditions of his parole.
Buchanan was being supervised by the New York State Division of Parole until April 2010 when he absconded from supervision.
He was on parole after having been convicted on drug related charges.
Buchanan's last known whereabouts are in the Albany area.
The US Marshals says Buchanan was arrested on March 11, 2011 by Albany police. He now faces new charges.
