The U.S. Marshals Service says Glenn Smith has been captured.
Smith, 43, is a Schenectady native who allegedly violated his probation.
Marhsals had been looking for Smith since June.
They say Smith had been on probation following a 2006 drug-related conviction.
Glenn was arrested a few weeks ago by the task force.
