CAPTURED:
One of the Capital Region's Most Wanted fugitives has been captured.Malcomb Grimes, a.k.a 'Dex’, was arrested March 24, 2010 in Albany.
He was wanted by Albany Police for a robbery and assault in June of 2009.
He was believed to be hiding out in Albany's South End or Arbor Hill neighborhoods.
He is about 5-foot-11 and 215 pounds.
