CAPTURED:
One of the Capital Region's Most Wanted fugitives has been captured.
Nathaniel ‘Boo’ McGuire was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force on Feb. 23, 2010 in Schenectady.
He was wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Schenectady Police.
In September of 2009 McGuire broke into his girlfriend's apartment and seriously assaulted her.
He is wanted for burglary and assault for the attack. He was also on federal probation at the time.
He's about 6-foot-1, 185 pounds.
