CAPTURED:
The U.S. Marshals says Phillip Arquette was captured by a task force in New Jersey.

A convicted drug dealer who skipped out on probation is now the Capital Region's Most Wanted. Phillip Arquette, 45, absconded from federal probation back in August after serving his original sentence for a narcotics conviction.
Arquette is 46, 5’10” and weighs about 300 pounds.
Authorities say he has extensive ties to Albany, Massena and New Jersey.
