CAPTURED:
One of the Capital Region's Most Wanted fugitives has been captured.
Rasheem Andrews, was arrested Feb. 19, 2010 in Troy.
He was on New York State’s Top 100 most wanted fugitives list.
He’s a level-2 sex offender wanted by the Albany Police Department for failure to register. He was also wanted by state parole.
Police say he is about 5-foot-7, 170 pounds.
