Travis Ellis is wanted by the Albany Police Department for a felony narcotics indictment out of Albany County Court. Ellis is believed to be hiding in the Arbor Hill area of Albany and he also has ties to East Greenbush. He's 5' 8", 150 lbs. If you have any information you can call the task force at 472-5444.
