The Albany County District Attorney's Office says Jacob Hooper, 30, was driving a stolen SUV back in October when he led police on a high speed chase, then hit a car near the intersection of Main Avenue and Western Avenue in Albany.

A 19-year-old and his dad were both injured.

The dad, David Concordia, 62, of Voorheesville died in November because of his injuries.

Hooper faces 7 1/2-15 years.
