ALBANY, N.Y. - Friends and family of a missing Albany woman, Ashley Carroll, gathered at the missing persons memorial in Albany Sunday night.
Carroll was 24-years-old when she went missing on May 6, 2010. She was last seen in the area of Quail and First Street heading to meet her boyfriend.
But now, three years later, her whereabouts is still unknown.
Dozens showed their love and hope of finding her Sunday, and lit candles in her honor.
Her family prays that Ashley's 4-year-old daughter, Ari, will get to see her mother once again.
Albany detective John Coleman says he believes that someone knows something about Ashley's disappearance, but as of now there are no new leads in the case.
The family also believes that someone may know about what happened to Ashley Carroll and they're asking that if anyone has any information to please call an anonymous tip line at 518-462-8039.
