QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – A Bronx man has been arrested and accused of driving at more than 100 mph while intoxicated.

On Sunday around 3:30 a.m., a member of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said they stopped a vehicle on I-87 southbound. The vehicle was allegedly seen leaving the Exit 21 Mobil Station at a high rate of speed without stopping before getting onto the interstate.

According to authorities, the vehicle accelerated to 110 mph and the driver was swerving across two lanes of travel.

During a traffic stop, police determined that Michael Green, 39, was driving while intoxicated. He was arrested for felony aggravated DWI, felony DWI, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.

Green had a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years. Green also had more than 20 active suspension and revocations on his driver’s license.

His blood alcohol test was allegedly .25-percent.

Green was arraigned and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of bail.
