You can help catch Robert Kelly, one of the Capital Region's Most Wanted.
Kelly was able to elude an early morning arrest on Thursday by jumping from rooftop to rooftop in Schenectady.
He is still believed to be hiding in Schenectady. There is a reward for information leading to his capture.
