Closing arguments start Monday in Callicutt trial

Closing arguments are set for Monday in the trial Devon Callicutt, the man accused of killing UAlbany student Richard Bailey.

The prosecution and defense rested their cases on Friday.

It was four days of testimony including photos, surveillance video, and the emotional 911 call made by a passerby the night of the shooting. There was also testimony from two of Callicutt's alleged accomplices, King Modest and Ricardo Caldwell.

FOX23 News will be in the courtroom Monday as both sides give their closing arguments.
