ALBANY, N.Y. - After pleading guilty to stealing patient’s identities, a former Albany Medical Center nurse will learn how long she’ll spend behind bars.

Suzette Guzman-Moore, 45, will be sentenced on Tuesday.

She pleaded guilty earlier this year to multiple felonies. Authorities say she stole personal information from patients and gave it to her boyfriend, 25-year-old Emmett Woods, who then used it to apply for credit cards using the stolen identities.

Woods was sentenced to seven and a half to 15 years in prison on Monday.

Guzman-Moore faces five to 15 years when she's sentenced.
