Man injured in Albany after shooting

ALBANY, N.Y. - Albany Police say they are investigating a Saturday evening shooting.

According to police, on May 31 around 6:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fire in the area of North Manning Boulevard and Third Street. 

Upon arrival, officers found a 33-year-old man who had been shot. The victim was treated at the scene and taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Albany Police Detective Division at (518) 462-8039.
