SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Saratoga Springs City Center held the Interagency Awareness Day event to help spread the word about some needed services.

The idea behind the day is to create awareness, build confidence and improve services. Nearly 100 different agencies were at the event to connect with the people who could use their help.

“What you want to do is connect the communities to these wonderful programs,” Congressman Paul Tonko said. “They exist for a reason. It’s a very sound and basic reason, and it enhances the dignity of the individual.”
