PITTSFIELD, Mass., - One man is feared dead after a car hit the front of the Pittsfield High School on Tuesday evening.
Pittsfield Mayor Dan Bianchi said that two adult males were in a car, driving down 2nd Street. The vehicle hit front of the High School, which is a concrete wall.
One male has been pronounced dead, according to Bianchi. The other man has been taken to Berkshire Medical Center and is in no unknown condition.
"It crossed one of the most heavy traffic streets in the city, East Street. It preceded to go into the Pittsfield high school property and hit a wall and burst into flames," said the mayor.
No kids were involved in this crash.
