UPDATE:

State Police say the woman struck and killed on the Exit 4 on-ramp to I-87 is Dawn Marie Wright, 40 of Clifton Park.

The accident happened around 6 a.m. Wednesday, in Colonie.

The on ramp was closed for sometime Wednesday morning.
