Police: Skeletal dead puppy tossed on side of road

New York State Police are asking for the public's help in finding the person responsible for tossing an emaciated deceased Pit bull puppy onto the side of the road.

I hope someone finds out who this scumbag is and does not turn them into the police, but strips the scumbag or scumbags of their clothes then ties and gags them and leaves them in the middle of the woods without food or water until they starve or freeze to death!!!!!!! The punishment needs to be an eye for an eye!!!!!!
