LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – A former Siena point guard playing overseas returned to the States this weekend.

Ronald Moore left his team in the Ukraine midway through the season for safety purposes and landed on an Italian team called Caserta.

After just missing the playoffs, Moore resigned with the team and said he’s excited to go back.

Moore also said he’s hoping to get into some NBA camps and possibly the summer league. He will also work out with the Siena team.

Moore said he sees a lot of himself in freshman Marquis Wright. Moore said he hopes Wright will be better than he ever was.

In Wright’s freshman year, he averaged more points and assists than Moore did in his first season at Siena.
