The prosecution continued it's case Thursday, showing the jury more of the secretly recorded conversations Michael Mosley had with police.
In the video Mosley is sitting in an interview room with then Troy Detectives Gary Gordon and John Riegert. Both try to get Mosley to discuss why his DNA and palm print were found in the apartment where Arica Schneider and Sam Holley were found brutally murdered. Mosley told detectives "I am not connected with it at all...I have no clue what happened to them other than what I read."
The detectives tell Mosley they have more than enough probable cause to arrest him and continue to pressure him for his side of the story. Mosley says he has an explanation but then says "No matter what I say to you...it's not going to stop me from getting arrested." He says "The only way I can ever prove this is sitting in court."
Defense Attorney Terry Kindlon says Mosley will get that chance, as he is expected to testify in his own defense.
Arica's family was in the courtroom while the video was playing. They became emotional when detectives were heard on the recording telling Mosley Arica was just a teenager and didn't deserve to die.
