New York, N.Y. - JFK and Newark airports will open with limited service this morning, but LaGuardia is flooded and won’t be accepting flights any time soon.
The storm forced the cancellation of more than 18,000 flights.
Limited flights will go from Rochester's airport through New York City.
Amtrak will also resume service today.
Mayor Bloomberg will ring the bell to open the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday morning. It has been closed for two days because of the storm—for the first time since 1888.
