State College, PA - The argument over whether former Penn State Coach Jerry Sandusky got a fair trial heads to court today.
A judge will hear the case over whether Sandusky's lawyers had enough time to prepare for the trial.
Sandusky was convicted on 45 counts of sex abuse last year.
Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year state prison sentence, but maintains his innocence.
He is pursuing appeals.
