Waterloo, N.Y. – A Homer man has been jailed for construction fraud.
David C. White, of 204 Main Street, Homer, was arrested and placed in custody in Skaneateles, according to Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators.
White allegedly took a deposit of $5,000 for a construction job that he never returned to do and never ordered any materials to do.
He was charged with grand larceny, arraigned in Waterloo, and put into Seneca County Jail without bail. He’s due back in court on Thursday, April 25.
