New York, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo says some service will be restored today on New York City's subway.

Forty-six miles of tracks and tunnels were flooded when Sandy hit Monday night.

The governor waived fares for New York City's subways, buses and commuter rails to help the transition back to normal.

Because of flood waters, Bellevue Hospital is evacuating its last 200 patients to other facilities.
