Quebec, Canada - New details have surfaced about a deadly oil tanker train derailment and explosions in Quebec.
Investigators say the rail tankers involved in the crash have a history of puncturing during accidents.
But they say it's too early to tell if improvements to the tankers would have prevented Saturday's tragedy which killed 13 people.
Crews fear they may find more bodies as they enter the epicenter of the charred site. They are still searching for 50 people who remain missing.
