13WHAM-TV - The Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES program has a new superintendent.
Scott Bischoping was hired in a unanimous vote by the BOCES board.
Bischoping previously served as the superintendent for Livonia Central Schools for six years
He will start in his new position in March.
