ALBANY, N.Y. – The University at Albany men’s lacrosse team head coach has been inducted into a hall of fame.

It was 14 years in the making. Scott Marr was inducted into the Adriondack Chapter of the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame. The Great Danes leader was surrounded by friends and colleagues, Hall of Famers and another pair of inductees as he was given the region’s highest honor in the lacrosse world.

During his career, Marr’s teams have combined to win 120 games, earning six America East titles and NCAA tournament berths. He also helped the Capital Region develop its Youth Lacrosse Program.
