Horford, Duncan named NBA Players of the Week

New York, NY (Sports Network) - Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford and San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan have been named the NBA Players of the Week for the games played Nov. 19 through Nov. 25.

Horford averaged 16.5 points, 9.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists as the Hawks went 4-0 during the week.

The Spurs won three of four games thanks in part to Duncan averaging 22.0 points, 12.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.3 blocks.

Other nominees for the honors were Boston's Rajon Rondo, Denver's Andre Iguodala, Miami's LeBron James, Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant and Sacramento's Tyreke Evans.
