New York, NY (Sports Network) - Indiana Pacers point guard George Hill will miss Thursday's Game 5 Eastern Conference semifinal matchup against the New York Knicks due to a concussion.

Hill suffered the concussion after a collision with Knicks center Tyson Chandler in the first half of Tuesday's 93-82 Game 4 win. He finished with a team-high 26 points.

The 27-year-old has been Indiana's second leading scorer during the series, averaging 17.3 points along with 4.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per contest.

Indiana holds a 3-1 series lead and can advance to the Eastern Conference final with a win on Thursday at Madison Square Garden.
