Magic's Jones tears meniscus, out indefinitely

Orlando, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Orlando Magic forward/center Solomon Jones will undergo surgery on a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee and will be out indefinitely.

Jones suffered the injury during Orlando's overtime loss on Wednesday night at Minnesota.

In two games this season, Jones averaged 2.0 points and five rebounds in 13.7 minutes.

In 272 career NBA games with Atlanta, Indiana, New Orleans, the Los Angeles Clippers, New York and Orlando, he has averages of 3.1 points and 2.4 rebounds.
