New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu, and Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker have been named the AFC Players of the Week for Week 12.

Brady completed 34-of-50 passes for 344 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Patriots to a dramatic come-from-behind 34-31 overtime win against the Denver Broncos in which the Patriots trailed 24-0 at halftime.

This is Brady's 24th career Offensive Player of the Week award, the second- most of any player since the award was established in 1984 (Peyton Manning, 25). He most recently won the award in 2012 (Week 14).

Polamalu recorded four tackles, one sack, one pass defensed, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery to help lead the Steelers to a 27-11 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. This marks the seventh time Polamalu has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Week and the first time since 2011 (Week 17).

This is the seventh time Polamalu has garnered the award, which is the most of any Steelers. He is the first Steeler to win since Ike Taylor took home the honor in Week 9 of the 2012 season.

Tucker successfully made all four of his field goal attempts on Sunday's 19-3 win over the New York Jets. His longest kick of the day came on a 53-yarder. He has now made 22 straight field goals, one more will give him the second- longest streak in ravens history behind Matt Stover.

In his second year out of Texas, this is the second time this season Tucker has won the award (Week 10).
