Green Bay, WI (Sports Network) - The Green Bay Packers have signed linebacker Vic So'oto and placed right tackle Bryan Bulaga on injured reserve.
Bulaga started all nine games at right tackle this season. The Iowa product is dealing with a hip injury.
So'oto played in seven games for the Packers in 2011 and appeared in four contests for the Oakland Raiders this season.
