This was my 10 yr old son's dream - to be a big red ball from the Wipeout show. We used pool noodles, duct tape and then sewed batting and material together.  Inside, we have suspenders and a foam support across the top with a bicycle helmet attached to it to keep the costume straight and steady. He can walk great in the costume and is very pleased he can ring the doorbells and hold a bag for the loot he is planning on bringing home.  We just hope a huge gust of wind does not send him rolling down the street! Now what are we going to do with the thing once Nov 1st comes???
